As a membership organization, plus provides resources, programming, and information to assist its members and enable them to best serve their clients and advance their careers. In 2024, plus had approximately 45,000 individual members throughout the world.

Plus provides a comprehensive educational curriculum for the professional liability industry, including rplu, rplu+, cplp & execplp. Over 500 people obtained a plus certifcate or desgination and almost 5,000 people currently hold a plus designation.
