The purpose of the corporation is to create a better understanding and relationship between dealers in coins, the establishment and enforcement of a code of ethics, and fair dealings so as to better protect the interest of the public in its dealings with numismatists, and performing any and all acts necessary or incidental to the promotion of these purposes, all without profit to the corporation.
