Judging - the organization provides a certified member judging program. These member judges officiate all professional rodeo events. Expenses for the judging program include: salaries contract judges, travel and lodging.

Animal welfare - the organization provides direct funding to programs that promote the sport of professional rodeo, animal welfare, the rodeo circuit system and the american western way of life.
