In-home & community supports encompasses a variety of services and resources designed to assist individuals with disabilities in maintaining their independence and quality of life within their own homes and community. These services can range from basic assistance with daily activities and personal care to more specialized medical and therapeutic support.by providing tailored care directly in a patient's living environment, in-home support plays a crucial role in facilitating a better, more comfortable life for those with physical, mental, or developmental challenges.

Pepworks formerly voc provides individuals with a broad range of support to engage in lifelong learning by trying new things, building new skills, developing new relationships and finding new ways to become a valued member of their community.the pepworks program includes helping people with future employment goals to build relationships in order to increase their potential for employment. We understand that getting a job is not just about having the necessary skills to perform the work. Quite often, getting a particular job is also about knowing people and building relationships with potential employers and customers.

The competitive integrated employment (cie) program provides job coaching and helps in securing and maintaining competitive employment for adults with intellectual / developmental disabilities, including adults on the autism spectrum. The program provides an individualized assessment by employment specialists who assist with identifying interests and finding jobs that match the person's talents and abilities.the program also includes job assessment and training for transitional-age, high school students preparing to leave the school system.

Pepbowl is a program initiative undertaken in 2006 and completed in 2009 with the full renovation and updating of a six lane brunswick bowling center in the lower level of our building. While the center is used for consumer recreation activities, it is also open to the community and hosts business leagues and community interest leagues. It is available for parties and rentals as well as open bowling. Revenue realized over expenses returns to pep to support program initiatives and agency mission. Pepbowl is currently closed due to renovations.

Pfds waiver transportation provides individuals financial support in accessing public transportation, paratransit services and support to families in getting theirchildren to day and employment services at pep and community work placements. These supports are part of the benefits available in the person family directedsupport waiver.
