Progress Georgia begins all messaging development by first starting with research (either polling or message testing). To best communicate around public education campaigns, Progress Georgia completes research projects or tests a variety of messages to ensure message saliency and impact.

Progress Georgia wanted to ensure that voters were well-educated about what legislative activities occurred during Georgias 2023 legislative session. The organization did this by communicating via various communications means, such as social media and newsletters. Progress Georgia also endeavored to better understand the states media landscape through a project called The Georgia Truth Project.
