Mission
Progressive Change CDC's mission is to stand with the community in creative positive disruptive change. Our initiatives include community education programming and the support of early-stage, diverse, and low income small businesses.

Progressive Change CDC co-hosted a Real-Estate Day which provided information on first-time homebuyer grants, insurance for homeowners, mortgage options from local banks, a workshop on purchasing property from the City of Philadelphia, and energy-efficient rebates and grants to help homeowners bring down energy costs. The Real-Estate Day was hosted at the Fourth District Container Village, where Progressive Change CDC serves as a partner for community events.
Progressive Change CDC partnered to provide pro-bono legal services and support to non-profit organizations and community groups.
