1. The corporation is an organization organized not for profit, by operating exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary, and/or educational purposes as described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code (the code). In particular, the corporation will: (a) engage in non-partisan activities to remove and/or reduce the influence of money in politics and to empower all people by creating a framework of support for projects and technological applications that facilitate a more progressive society (b) provide a supportive environment for volunteers to research and analyze public policy and create technological solutions that educate, encourage public participation, and improve the quality of life for all people by advancing economic, environmental, racial and social justice; (c) support and participate in educational forums, conferences, events, and other meetings relating to these public policy issues (d) support and build coalitions and other associations permitted by law wi
