Mission
Take Two Equine Rescue is dedicated to helping abused,neglected or homeless equines. We seek to keep equines out of the acution pipeline through our rescue, education, and advocacy efforts.

Horse Purchase fees. During 2022 most of 33 equines were purchased from the slauder pipeline. These animal in need are found at actuons of from a private party. When necessary we purchase the animals and bring them to the sanctuary. We also take owner surrenders (they are given to us, not purchased). Some of them are not adoptable and reside at the rescue for their life.
Feed and hay Expense.Feed and hay is also a significant cost to our organization.
Stock tanks need to supply water to the animals
