Project Girl Mentoring Program

The immersion lab program consists of 4 weeks, teaching mentees the skills and tools they need to make a positive impact on their health and wellness. Mentees are exposed to the eight pillars of wellness such as: interactive activities, art therapy, movement classes, and sisterhood. A key component of this program is its concentrated effort on the unique perspectives and lived experiences of young women of color.
