Project Joy Foundation

The specific purpose for which this foundation is organized is to receive and administer funds for charitable, educational, religious, literary, and scientific purposes as described in section 501(c)(3) of the code, with the intent to benefit mankind in the united states and abroad, by conducting all activities incidental or necessary to accomplishing the foregoing purpose and otherwise permitted by said section of the code and by making grants to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under said sections of the code.
