Project second chance provides comprehensive veterinary care for all rescues, including emergency services, vaccines, preventative care, diagnostics, specialty care, spay and neuter services. The organization also performs tnr work to reduce feral overpopulation.

Project second chance transported rescued and rehabilitated canines from puerto rico and high kill shelters in the united states, to their forever homes in the dc, maryland, and virginia area using commercial and private aircraft.
