The organization aims to build on and contribute to an evidence base of best-in-class college, career, and community strategies through programs such as the leadership institute, career pathways center, and innovation lab. Through the leadership institute, the organization willoffer state-of-the-art interactive training and career counseling programs. The career pathways center will draw from and add to the cradle-through-career research base and identify the best available evidence to guide decision-making and program design. The innovation lab focuses on a group of relatively self-contained targeted capital investment or technical assistance projects.
