Training and certification of coach presenters (cp's) ensures the highest quality experience for those that take the pll journey. The number of cp's grew by 30% to 36 in 2024. Ongoing training opportunities and their purposes include: a.the learning management system (lms) launched in 2023 and updated regularly supports coach presenters during real time delivery of their groups. B.quarterly trainings provide more nuanced development around group dynamics, ministry developments and specialized trainings such as trauma support. C.coach presenter annual kickoff (cpak), pll's annual conference, was attended by 59 people in 2024. Renew is promised land living's complimentary event open to all believers introducing them to new possibilities for rest and refreshment in their personal walk with god. A.renew is offered three times per year. Average attendance was 40 with 100% of survey respondents giving a 5-star rating, and approximately 10% of attendees registering for a pll group. B.renew introduces guests to the promised land living journey and the ministry culture. C.we encourage anyone curious about taking a discipleship journey to begin with this 90-minute renewal workshop.
