To equip transitioned age foster youth with a toolkit of resources, which will aid them in their ability to identify their purpose and successfully transition into adulthood and independence.

Mentoring and Coaching-Provided individualized guidance for life and career road maps. We mentored 45 young adults, and matched all 45 with a life coach.
Lifeskill Training-Provided lifeskill topics that aided youths transition into adulthood. We were able to host 12 workshops, and have between 8 to 24 young adults participating, respectively.
