Seminars and courses (including national designation courses and fair housing courses) have been offered to educate property owners on related topics.

Showcasing events are held quarterly at different member communities to showcase apartments and educate the community on what the apartment industry has to offer. In addition, there is a spring education conference and trade show held to educate individuals on various property management topics.

A vendor expo is available to the membership to provide property owners with access to vendors whose services they may need.
