Prospect Mountain Association Inc

The corporation's purpose is to support community health and wellbeing by providing groomed cross-country ski trails and programs for a diverse population in the southern vermont and wester massachusetts communities, and to promote and develop teh sport of cross-country skiing through related educational activities for such communities. The corporation is a charitable organization organized for charitable and educational purposes as specified in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 (or the corresponding provision of any future united states internal revenue law.)
