Protect Ar Families

Protect ar families advocates for the constitutional rights of everyday arkansans by fighting against legislation garnered by special interest groups. This began with issue one, which was a proposed amendment on the 2018 ballot that purported to limit attorney fees and punitive/non-economic damages awarded to claimants in personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death lawsuits. Protect ar families is continuing the fight against similar issues arising on upcoming ballots. Contributions from our supporters are used to educate the public about the intentions of special-interest groups attempting to strip constitutional rights away from the citizens of arkansas.
