Clinic - poaspay! Is a high-volume, low cost spay neuter clinic which opened in 2017 to support spay neuter needs in the greater hartford area. Poaspay! Also provides basic vaccinations and micro-chipping. Since opening, poaspay! Has helped neuter more than 5,000 animals thereby reducing cat and dog overpopulation, abuse, and abandonment.
