Protectors Of Tule Springs

Assisted in the funding, development, and installation of trailway interpretive elements within the national monument, including trailhead features, audio tours, and wayfinding features. Project included 341.5 volunteer hours as in-kind support.

Conducted outreach at community and educational events including the las vegas science expo, career days at various public schools, and over 30 presentations to community groups educational/interpretive hikes held involving 100+ public participants and 225 volunteer hours.

The organization also continues its "i'm a protector" community-watch program with 100 volunteer hours resulting in a significant decrease in illegal activities on the national monument, such as shooting, off-road vehicle use, fence cutting, and the dumping of construction & landscaping debris.
