Promotes and advances education through the design, development, financing, constructing, improving, equipping, leasing, managing, owning, operating, and maintaining of one or more educational facilities, administrative facilities, dormitory facilities, dining facilities, parking facilities, and other ancillary facilities on the campuses of the university of oklahoma, exclusively for the benefit and support of oklahoma university, its students, faculty, & staff; foster activities designed to improve the educational opportunities of students of the university; and promote, assist, and otherwise support the educational mission of the university.
