To establish and support supplemental educational and social well-being programs at PS41Q, including but not limited to: *Promote social well-being and quality education for students at Public School 41Q; *Provide support services and resources to Public School 41Q for the benefit and educational growth of the students of Public School 41Q; *Conduct fundraising to support the establishment, operation and maintenance of supplemental programs at Public School 41Q; *Foster and develop cooperative working relationships among parents, teachers, students and staff of Public School 41Q; *Develop partnerships, networks and joint initiatives among Public School 41Q and related organizations for the benefit and educational growth of the students of Public School; *Foster and encourage parent participation at Public School 41Q; *Inform parents of students at Public School 41Q of current issues; and *Provide opportunities and training to parents of students at Public School 41Q to participa
