Mission
This foundation exists to bring hope, healing & lasting change to individuals & families facing addiction, homelessness & personal crisis in Butler County, MO. As a Christ-centered organization, we are committed to restoring lives through practical support & compassionate care. Our mission is to empower people to rebuild their lives by providing local, personalized services that meet both immediate & long-term needs. Through our emergency food & clothing pantry, outpatient recovery program & community work program, we help individuals overcome barriers, develop essential life & job skills, & rediscover purpose. Central to our vision is the establishment of transitional housing for men & women emerging from recovery; safe, stable environments where they can grow in faith, accountability & independence as they prepare to reenter the community. Our goal is to plant people beside "streams of living water," helping them stand strong, bear fruit & flourish through God's transforming grace.

Bridge 2 Recovery is a faith-based program that assists people in overcoming their battles with addictions and personal life struggles. It is a 3-step program that guides individuals to connect with God, with others and with themselves through weekly studies in God's word. Through this study and the love, encouragement and support of others, individuals find help toward victory over their strongholds. The program began in April of 2025 with a small enrollment of 2 and is staffed with an average of 20 volunteers. We are currently running a weekly average of 35 with our largest weekly attendance of 58.
Our benevolence account was started to help individuals with large or unexpected financial needs such as rent deposits, utilities, auto repairs, food, etc. This program was just recently started and has helped one individual with an electric bill.
