Neil Armstrong Elementary School PTA is dedicated to the continuous improvement of our children's education through the guidelines established by the California PTA. We strive to keep parents informed about vital state and federal education issues, assist parents in developing the tools and skills of effective education advocacy, encourage individual and collective participation in the education process, and vigorously advocate on issues that are of concern to the local school community.
