In 2024/2025 fiscal year, the Teacher Appreciation program benefited 107 teachers and staff, who enjoyed a complimentary meal and received money to support their classrooms.

In 2024/2025 fiscal year, approximately 600 RIFLO bucks were distributed to students who demonstrated Pioneer High Schools shared values of Respect, Inclusiveness, Flexibility, Listening, and Open-mindedness on campus. The currency could be redeemed for small items like snacks or saved for larger perks such as priority seating at graduation or admissions to school activities.
