Pta Oregon Congress

The Garfield Parent Teacher Association is a bilingual and multicultural group that supports Garfield Elementary school in a number of ways. We are a Title 1 school in the Corvallis SChool district. The PTA helps to create a sense of community among all Garfield families, no matter the language they speak at home by hosting events that provide an opportunity for families to get to know each other and to help Garfield School. We increase the financial support for Garfield through fundraisers such as dine-outs, grants, and school-wide events. Funds raised pay for things like school equipment, field trips, lego robotics, and classroom supplies.
