The Sem Elementary Parent Teacher Association (PTA) Organization's Primary should be exempt because it operates exclusively as a nonprofit entity focused on supporting educational development and student enrichment at Sem Elementary School. As a volunteer-driven organization, the PTA promotes collaboration between parents, teachers, and school staff to enhance the learning environment through fundraising, community-building events, and academic support initiatives. All funds raised are used directly for the benefit of students, classrooms, and school programs, with no profit motive or private gain involved.
