Represent the members in all employment matters; promote high quality indigent legal defense in San Diego County; Ensure the most effective legal service to clients, provide continuing legal education to, and contribute and aid in the development of, the high professional standards of its members; improve the economic and professional standing of its members; to aid and assist the members in all proper ways to matters affecting their welfare and advancement within the scope and function set forth in the bylaws.
