$40,000 was awarded in non-rfp funding to support the fitz center for leadership in community, university of dayton. This grant supported the newly developed student health equity fellows program that aims to address health equity challenges in ohio by developing a pathway and pipeline for a sustainable, equity-minded health workforce representative of the historically and systemically underserved communities in the region.
