Public Radio Satellite Interconnection System Charitable

The trust is organized to preserve for the beneficiaries the availability of certain interconnection equipment (including, without limitation, the transponders and related ground equipment) and rights to the services under the transponder documents, as part of a nationwide public radio interconnection system.
