The association provides education classes, offers resources to benefit the agent, buyer and sellers. The classes are offered to educate the real estate agent in various aspects of buying and selling a home included but not limited to buying, selling, financing and legal considerations to help them make informed decisions. Classes cover market trends, negotiation strategies, understanding contracts, financing, understanding legal obligations. Their goal is to help buyers and sellers come to an informed decision throughout the real estate process. Assists real estate agents meet their needs to recertify their license.
