The corporation is formed for the charitable purposes of advocating for,supporting, promoting and furthering the reintegration of veterans into society; educating and informing the public to ensure the service of those men and women, who served in uniform and risked their lives to protect the people of the united states of america, is not forgotten; helping to ensure that such men and women, and members of their families, are not left behind; and lessening the hardships such persons who are in need; and engaging in any lawful act or activity that may be necessary, appropriate, incidental, useful, conducive or desirable to furthering, attaining or accomplishing the foregoing purposes.
