To foster national or international amateur sports competition in cycling, provided that no part of the Corporation's activities include the provision of facilities or equipment, and promoting, funding, supporting or hosting camps, clinics, workshops, lessons and/or other educational, coaching or instructional opportunities to instruct or educate amateur cyclists or cycling teams of any age.
