To enforce the collective bargaining agreement on behalf of the federation's members while negotiatingsuccessor agreements and assisting members in their professional responsibility.the federation also provides assistance to its members with grievances with the employers, provides negotiated benefits to the members in the form of dental and vision benefits and provide support to the student body through scholarships and supporting the passage of school board trustees.
