PWISTA-Mahopac INC. is a domestic not for profit 509(a)-2 NYS Corporation which was established to initiate, build, sustain collaborations , create partnerships to provide specific and focused professional development to support the teaching, learning of core science content, conceptual understandings, and practices for grades P-12. PWISTA-Mahopac INC. is an official College Board Advanced Placement Summer Institute Provider. The organization was also originally established to facilitate the distribution of donated equipment from industry and business to school laboratories.
