The QCARES Foundation was established in 2023 by the leadership of QPSI, a major employer in the Burlington-Florence NJ area, to support efforts by customers, employees & management of QPSI within the community. Its mission is to provide access, exposure, essential resources and opportunities tht will enable individuals and communities to achieve equity through foundational support and programming.QCARES is dedicated to empowering underserved communities by providing the tools and resources for equitable progress. Our vision is to be a driving force in creating a more inclusive society. The ongoing challenge begins by supporting our youth. By introducing individuals of all ages to innovative methods and technologies in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), we aim to bridge the equity gap. The long-term vision is to expand the foundation's reach beyond the QPSI family so that QCARES can inspire and uplift more lives, fostering a brighter and more inclusive future for
