Que Pasa Que Paso? TV is a non-profit corporation. The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable religious educational and scientific purposes as specified in Section 501C3 of the Internal Revenue Code including for such purposes as the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501 c 3 of the Internal Revenue Code or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The specific purposes of the Corporation are as follows: Our goal is to be at the service of our community using mass communication. We seek to promote active and meaningful dialogue share ideas in form and educate. We wish to be the peoples voice supporting science art education and religion. We will provide technical assistance and a platform by which others may express and promote. We will offer a voice to our community through the media.
