Mission
The Corporation purpose is for charitable, religious, scientific, and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. To the extent not inconsistent with the foregoing the Corporation's purpose shall include, but not be limited to the following: A. To provide aid for homeless shelters in the Greater Dayton area; B. To provide aid for the Society of Mary (Marianist) social justice causes, including, but not limited to, providing (i) urban leadership, (ii) opportunities for Catholic priests to say Mass, (iii) service and education programs, (iv) environmental education programs, (v) urban students programs, and (vi) socially responsible investing; and C. Fulfilling any other purposes permitted by Chapter 1702 of the Ohio Revised Code as may be deemed appropriate by the Directors
