Charles R. Drew Early Learning Center delivers high quality low cost child care that enhances the lives of children and affords a safe and developmentally appropriate educational environment and preschoolers.
Programs

The State Education programs (SED) allow for care to children with special needs through the NYS Department of Education. Services are provided in integrated, self-contained and home teaching environments and include occupational, cognitive and behavioral therapies.
The CACFP Food program provides nutritious meals to eligible students funded by the USDA through the NYS Department of Health.
