Qutekcak native Tribe was created to promote the unity, self-determination and empowerment on the native population residing in Seward, Alaska and the surrounding areas.

In 2017, the Organization began operating the Qutekcak Early Childhood Development Center (CDC) for children 3-6 years old. The mission of the Center is to empower and strengthen children and families through education, self-awareness and by increasing opportunities in social, emotional, physical and cognitive areas that are rich in culture.
