Health fair: annually, we sponsor a urology residents forum to allow residents and medical students to give presentations on their research projects. The urology residents forum is held during and at the national medical association annual convention. We also advocate on a national level with the american urologic association to address educational pipeline issues that circumvent african american students from pursuing the field of urology.
