The purpose for which this corporation is formed exclusively to accept donations, participate in fundraisers, and participate in promotional events to provide financial and non-financial support for charitable, religious, scientific, educational, and any other purposes allowed under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and its regulations either directly or by contributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and its regulations as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended and in accordance with any allowable purpose under ohio revised code section 1702.
