Mission

To provide community stewardship for the horticulture care, educational programming, and public art in the railyard park and plaza through mobilizing volunteers, hosting community programs, and working with various partners.

Coordinate and manage all educational and community oriented programming: during 2024, the rpc provided educational opportunities for 1695 youth and coordinated more than 24 events in the park that served more than 2809 adults.

Temporary public art: during 2024, the rpc hosted the bluegrass & bagels music performance one sunday every month, and facilitated a call for artists and three public art installations/performances in partnership with the volunteer advisory railyard art project committee.
