This is accomplished through our in-service surgical and advanced care veterinary clinits offered at no cost to qualifying pet-owner families as well as through the raf medical grants program that offers financial assistance on a case-by-case basis to qualifying families paid directly to pet hospitals across washington state. Clinic services include dental care, mass removals, fracture repair, spays and neuters and other advanced care. Qualified indiviiduals include those receiving social security, disability or public assistance funds, residents of retirement homes, long-term care facilities, or registered homeless/abuse shelters, and those with income less than twice the federal poverty limit. Additional assistance was offered during the covid-19 pandemic to individuals who were unemployed.
