At Rainier Scholars we provide our scholars with the skills and support they need to earn a college degree. However, academic preparation alone isn't enough to chart a career path. Our Leadership & Career Development programming provides opportunities that position scholars for success in their future careers. Scholars explore their interests and possible career pathways, while also developing executive functioning, technical and social-emotional skills they will need to navigate their professional journey as young leaders of color.
