Rccaa operates several transportation programs which provide transportation programs which provide transportation services to handicap clients, low income population, and to the general public. Rccaa transports clients to doctor appointments, hospitals, work, school, employment training, shopping, etc. Additionally, the community services block grant (csbg) supports all of rccaa programs with special emphasis on transportation.

The company is involved with state and federally funded programs administered by the department of health and human services(dhhs). The programs assist participants who achieve economic and social self-sufficiency by offering shelter, case management, referral services to other agencies and programs, and crisis intervention. A child mentor program is available to eligible children in the service area and the children's families. The mentor program provides participants opportunities to develop and improve parenting skills, assists in job training, and sets up structured learning activities for children.
