Volunteers normally deliver nutritious meals monday through friday to homebound adults age 60 and over. Frozen meals are provided to participants where there is not a meal route. Shelf stable meals are provided when the center is closed due to severe weather. In fiscal year 2023-2024 a total of 381 clients received 81,032 meals. In addition to the meals, clients periodically received boxes of shelf stable food items to supplement their food needs.

The centers provide a variety of services that include lunch, health, social, nutritional, and educational programming as well as a facility for recreational and group activities for seniors. In fiscal year 2023-2024, a total of 141 clients were served 17,522 congregate meals.

Randolph senior adults operates an adult day care center to provide respite for caregivers needing a place to leave seniors and others over age 17 with a disability. Randolph senior adults provides information and options counseling to individuals. The service includes prescription assistance, caregiver training and assistance, information assistance, and health insurance assistance. In fiscal year 2023-2024, 5,765 clients were provided information assistance and 1,822 clients were helped to make health insurance decisions that saved them $398,194, and 100,929 congregate meals were served. For the fiscal year 2023-2024, other programs included the provision of fans to 205 seniors, loans of equipment to 62 individuals, and blood drives resulting in 199 units collected.
