Our crisis intervention advocates respond to several thousand crisis calls annually and help hundreds of survivors at the sane unit. Volunteer advocates receive a comprehensive 40-hour accredited training that is open to both professionals and community members.
Community education and outreach provides education and training on sexual assault and other issues that affect violence in the communities served. The training provided serves to address the root causes of sexual violence through primary prevention education. Presentations are custom tailored to meet the needs of schools, professional staff, community groups, other service providers, or any other interested parties.
