Reach develops and manages quality affordable apartment homes and provides opportunities for individuals, families and communities to thrive through supportive programs. Reach serves the portland metropolitan and sw washington region.

Programs

Home repair program: the community builders program provides free home repairs for low-income elderly and/or disabled homeowners to age in place and help maintain housing stability. This includes providing accessibility and safety upgrades, such as wheelchair ramps, grab bars, and smoke detectors. Reach serves approximately 200 households annually, utilizing several hundred volunteers, donated materials and contracted labor.

Resident services: the resident services program supports families and individuals living in reach and affiliated entities housing as they improve the social, economic, and environmental conditions affecting their lives. The program offers better access to community services, skill building workshops, a resident newsletter, and activities for young and adult residents.
