Ending homelessness in northern sonoma county.by engaging with community members who are struggling with or at risk of losing housing, we help transform lives with action plans for their success. Our programs promote self-sufficiency, independence, and permanent housing. Through hope, heart, tenacity, and synergy, we strive for dignity for every member of our community.
