Mission
Reaching Across Border's ("RAB") mission is to engage with vulnerable communities, especially through women-led organizations and refugee-led initiatives, to foster holistic economic empowerment rooted in social enterpreneurship. RAB supports individuals in earning a dignified income, developing practical skills and building emotional resilience. Through trauma-informed, culturally-grounded mental health (MH) and psycho-social support (PSS), RAB strives to illuminate a path toward healing, dignity, and hope for displaced and marginalized populations. Rooted from a moral imperative and driven by a commitment to social justice, RAB is dedicated to reaching across borders with compassion, equity, and solidarity. In addition, RAB builds strategic partnerships with NGOs around the world that align with RABs mission to deliver critical services, such as education, housing, and humanitarian relief, to refugees and marginalized populations.
